Due to expansion at Hazchem Network Rugby, as we have much interest from the sector; being the UKs only Pallet Network dedicated to Palletised and Parcel Dangerous Goods  we have opportunities available.

Prior to our 2019 move to a much larger and self-contained site in nearby Hinckley [Leicestershire], we wish to augment our Night Team, and so we are looking for candidates that wish to pursue a career in Logistics.

[A] Experienced Fork Lift Truck Driver[s] / Hub Operator[s]

For Night Shift Work in a Busy Logistics Hub Approx Hours 2100-0500 hrs [Mon-Fri]

Requirements-

Must be aged 21 or older

Experience in Counter Balance Required

Current FLT Counterbalance Certificate essential

Reliable, Flexible & Positive Personality Required

Preference [but not essential] will be given to candidates with

Basic PC Experience / Skills

Full Hub and Chemical Awareness training will be given

[B] Scanning & Parcels Sortation Operator[s]

For Night Shift Work in a Busy Logistics Hub -

Approx Hours 1900-0230 hrs [Mon-Fri]

Requirements-

Must be aged 18 or older

Physically Fit

Reliable, Flexible & Positive Personality Required

These are "entry-level" positions to suit those wishing to enter a career in Logistics.

Preference [but not essential] will be given to candidates with

Manual Handling Certificate, Basic PC Experience / Skills and

Current FLT Counterbalance Certificate

[C] Shift Controller – Day Shift

Shift Hours 0600 hrs – 1400 hrs [Mon-Fri] but flexibility required for occasional holiday cover

Personal Qualities/Attributes

Clear Communication Skills [Verbal and Written] at all levels including good telephone manner

Robust PC Skills, IT literate [MS .xls, email, .doc etc]

Analytical and Organised Mind

Calm under Pressure / Sense of Humour

Reliable nature essential 

Professional Qualifications/Experience

At least 5 years’ hands-on experience of transport / logistics from traffic office, warehousing and customer service

Current Counterbalance FLT certificate

Experience in Dangerous Goods an advantage but not essential as full Hub and Chemical Awareness training will be provided.
